At Vortex Keyboard, we stand by the precision and quality of our mechanical builds. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your keyboard in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the keyboard in its original retail packaging, ensuring all keycap pullers, cables, and extra switches are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
